How your data works in Crest
Your health data stays on your device.
Crest stores all your symptom logs, HRT records, period tracking, and health data locally on your phone. We do not have access to this data on our servers. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored health data.
Some anonymous usage data (such as device identifiers) may be collected by third-party analytics services to help us improve the app. Use the form below to request deletion of any such data.
Quick deletion options
- Delete all local health data: Uninstall the Crest app from your device, or go to Settings within the app and select "Delete All Data"
- Delete analytics data: Submit the form below and we'll process your request within 30 days
- Both: Submit the form below and uninstall the app

Note: If you have opted in to research participation through the Macquarie University MenoNet partnership, please also contact admin@femhq.com.au to request deletion of any anonymised research data.
